SMS / messaging terms

1. What you opt in to

When you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account-security alerts, payout notifications for partners) and, where you have separately consented, marketing messages from Vorix Labs. We may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver these messages.

2. Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Transactional messages are sent only when triggered by an event you initiated (order placed, shipped, delivered, etc.). Marketing messages are sent no more than four times per month.

3. Carrier and data rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Vorix Labs has no control over carrier rates or delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation message and no further texts from that program. You will continue to receive equivalent transactional notices by email where required. Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of transactional messages tied to an order or account.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and the regular user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in you represent that the number is yours and that providing the number is not prohibited by your wireless agreement or any applicable law.

6. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are processed only by Vorix Labs and our SMS-delivery service provider for the limited purpose of sending the messages you have requested. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change or terminate the messaging program at any time. Material changes will be notified by SMS to the mobile number on file or by email. Continued use of the program after notice constitutes acceptance.
