Ordering
Add products to your cart, fill out the checkout form, and choose a payment method. Your order is processed within 1-2 business days and an order-confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.
We accept credit/debit card and Zelle. Card payments are processed on our secure checkout page. Zelle instructions are sent by text after you place your order.
If your order has not yet shipped you can email us to modify quantities or cancel. Once your order has shipped we cannot modify or cancel it.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Choose standard (~1 week, $10) or express (2-3 business days, $20) at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International availability varies by country due to customs regulations on research materials — contact support for specific country availability.
Lyophilized peptides are packaged in cushioned, tamper-evident, discreet shipping boxes. Cold packs are added when ambient temperature requires it.
Products
Read the actual purity, quantity and identity results in the available CoA PDF for the material you need. These are different measurements; a quantity-only report does not establish a purity percentage. Some products do not currently have a published report.
Storage requirements depend on the exact material, formulation and laboratory protocol. Use material-specific documentation rather than assuming one temperature or storage period applies to every peptide. Contact us when your procurement process requires additional storage information.
Shelf life depends on the material, packaging and storage conditions. A purity CoA alone is not a stability study. Check material-specific documentation before assigning a storage period in your laboratory.
Bacteriostatic Water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative that inhibits bacterial growth in the sealed container. It is a standard laboratory reconstitution solvent for lyophilized peptides.
Quality & testing
Available third-party analytical reports are published as PDFs in our CoA library. Check which methods and results each report includes and contact us if you need to confirm its relationship to current stock.
Open the CoA library or the View CoA PDF link on a product page. When no report is published, the page says COA currently unavailable. Email us with your product, strength or order number for documentation questions.
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Domestic fulfillment is not a statement about the country of manufacture. Contact us for material-specific sourcing documentation when your laboratory requires it.
Returns & support
We offer damage protection on every order. If your product arrives damaged in transit, email us photos with your order number and we ship a one-time replacement within 24 hours at no cost. Reconstituted products are not eligible.
