Accessibility statement

Vorix Labs is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including researchers with disabilities. We are actively working to increase accessibility and usability on our website and to make it conform to applicable accessibility standards.

1. Conformance target

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

2. What we currently support

  • Semantic HTML landmarks for screen-reader navigation;
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements;
  • Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive controls;
  • Keyboard navigation throughout primary purchase and informational flows;
  • Accessible form labels with descriptive error messages on the checkout flow;
  • Alt text on substantive product imagery and informational graphics.

3. Known gaps and limitations

We are actively closing gaps in the following areas: third-party embedded media, certain PDF documents (Certificates of Analysis are images of lab output and may not be screen-reader-friendly — request a plain-text summary at any time), and some decorative imagery that lacks descriptive captions where context is provided elsewhere on the page. We welcome reports of any other barrier you encounter.

4. Assistive technology compatibility

Our website is designed to work with the latest versions of the major desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) combined with the most common screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS / macOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android). We do not claim full compatibility with older browsers, beta releases, or assistive technologies that are out of mainstream support.

5. Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this website, or if you need an alternative format for any document we provide, please contact us at yabdallah17@proton.me with a brief description of the issue, the URL of the affected page, the assistive technology you are using, and the browser/operating-system version.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to remediate substantive barriers within 30 days where technically feasible. Where remediation is not immediately feasible, we will offer an accessible alternative (for example, an emailed plain-text version of a document) for the duration.

6. Third-party content

Some content on our site is provided by third parties (for example, embedded video, lab PDFs, or affiliate analytics). We do not have direct control over the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter a third-party barrier, we will attempt to relay your report and to provide an accessible alternative where one exists.

7. Reservation of rights

This statement reflects our current accessibility status and intent. Vorix Labs does not claim certification by any external auditor, and this statement is not a warranty that the website is or will remain free of accessibility defects. Nothing on this page creates a private right of action against Vorix Labs that does not otherwise exist under applicable law.
